Elysium – Between Two Continents, Inc. as the umbrella organization of The Lahr von Leïtis Academy & Archive, is registered as a non-profit organization in the United States and as a registered corporation (e.V.) in Germany. It is governed by an independent Board of Directors and not affiliated with any university, religious or governmental body.
